Our client is a a full service advertising agency with a strong stand alone web / digital division. They foster an easy creative environment, a seed bed of creative ideas and digital innovation.
Right now they are looking for a Digital Planner to define client needs with a view to informing highly effective digital creative briefs.

To be considered for this role you are going to have to have at least 5 years experience as an Agency Strategy Planner, and be able to demonstrate highly creative planning abilities based on acutely insightful thinking.
The right candidate for this role will be an individual who is adept at defining and understanding what clients need, and how to relate those needs to consumers - in terms of lifestyles, values and needs.

They will be capable of uncovering core insights into the attitudes and behaviour of the consumer and bringing this to bear on digital creative briefs that are effectively targeted creatively inspiring.
They will be capable of working closely with digital creative teams to provide creative input and brand oversight to ensure that the consumer's perspective is reflected in the agency's product. They will have first rate client facing skills, and the ability to define a client's requirements and translate them into concepts.
They will have a thorough knowledge of and fascination with all things digital, and a keen interest in emerging trends.
They will be able to expertly analyze trend reports and market data.
They will have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills are a must as well as ability to multi-task and be self motivated. Responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication strategy and the execution for the brands.
